Ok So I am getting Snow Leopard and I am pondering on whether to do a clean install. Anyways, I already backed my stuff up on my external HD. When I clear the hard drive and it installs how do I get my stuff back? I know I think I use Migration Assistant but a more indepth explanation would be best. Would I get my apps back or would I have to install them again?

Use Migration Assistant but leave the applications until you need them. I'm still wary of migrating over applications.
