Trying out Transcender (free on Steam)

Via PCGamer I found a new Steam game that's free for a short while (according to the dev notes). Looks pretty weird and interesting. It's described as "brief interactive experience that takes place in a surreal sci-fi setting. Figuring out how to play and what to do is the main attraction of the experience."

Diving in to check it out ...

I got tired of passing up cool stuff, so got a gaming laptop. By the way, this "experience" is pretty interesting. I wonder if it will hatch into a larger game.

Many people do but I myself have plenty of older MacOS games that keep me busy .

I love older games, so don't get me wrong, but there are some fantastic games available that are only on PC. To each his own, but I'm impressed by some really new games, and other games that may not be new that were never available on the Mac. For people who enjoy games, sticking soley on the mac excludes you from a huge swath of enjoyable content.

The other solution is to use one of those streaming services to play the games

Didn't know what to do. Starting is "in darkness".

Didn't have the patience to figure it out...
