iPhone 13 mini trying to activate esim 1 on iPhone 13 mini and Verizon says its not working

any ideas? they can't activate the imei on the iPhone 13 mini...now the want to try imei2 on the 13 mini. any ideas? I thought this phone didn't need physical sims and can hand two phone numbers

Gotta activate the eSIM with IMEI2 for whatever reason.

Yep, me and a lot of other folks. Very frustrating. IMEI2 finally did the trick.

I always thought IMEI is for physical SIM and IMEI2 is for E-Sim.

Had problems here too. Can’t recall what numbers I had to provide however I finally gave up and went to the local Verizon store.

just hung up with some lady in the philapenes and she fixed it!!!! ESIM1 is active on Verizon! what a pain in the Stromboli that was!!!

The 13’s now have the option of using virtual sims only.
