Trying to add my card to Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac OS X 10.12.3 Sierra and getting an error

I've been trying to add my credit card to Wallet & Apple Pay within Mac OS X Sierra 10.12.3 and I always get the following error message. I've restarted the MBP, done the SMC and PRAM reset and nothing, always the same error, any help will be appreciated, thanks

NOTE: The card is working fine on the phone and iCloud

I don't know about on a Mac but I know getting the address exactly the same as the card issuer has been an absolute requirement. I know in the past even if one had St. and the other had Street it wouldn't work
