Hi, I have just taken delivery of my new M1 Mac mini. I have an iMac 27" Mid 2010 which as served me well. BUT I have reached the end of the road with High Sierra OS. Therefore missing out on new imaging software I so need. I have used a Mini DisplayPort to USB C cable and it works great as far as connecting is concerned but the problems are;

1. The screen resolution is very sub standard. No obvious settings I can find to adjust.
2. How do I connect my mouse and keyboard with the least amount of hassle. Sometimes the M1 will see them if I have turned off bluetooth on the iMac. Sometime it will only see the mouse and other times nothing.aaaaa
3. When I am successful and up and running (with poor graphics) I cannot access the camera or sound.
