Hi, I'm running a 13" MBP 2012 2.9GHz i7 and I'm trying to burn a copy of my XP ISO to a CD-R. The ISO is only 610MB so it will fit on the CD.
My problem is that the blank CD is not visible in the Disk Utility. So I bypassed it and opened the CD in Finder instead. I was able to extract the XP files from my ISO and copy it to the disk where I burned it, and everything went fine, but now when I try to boot from the CD in the computer I'm trying to install it to it isn't visible... It's not even visible in the Drive Manager (The computer I inserted it into is currently on Win2k). If I try to boot into the CD from the Mac it's not visible on the boot options screen.
Does anyone else have this issue with burning? I think the way I burned it has to do with it not being visible in both the Mac and PC.
