Trying to buy AppleCare Plus online - Diagnostic not executing...

Hi All,

I'm trying to get AppleCare Plus for my iPhone 8 online. I enter in the serial number, etc. It shows that the device is eligible, and then I type in my phone number so it sends a text w/ a link to a diagnostic test. When I click the link, it goes straight to...

It seems like the link to the diagnostic isn't working. Has anyone else seen this? I'd prefer to not have to go in-store to deal w/ the purchasing of AppleCare +. Thanks in advance!

I am having the same issue and I had the same issue with my wife's iPhone 8 the day after it came out. I actually ended up forgetting to set it up on the 8 cause I was tired of getting errors.

I would chalk it up to their servers being overwhelmed??? I would just prefer not to have to make a trip to the Apple Store for a simple thing. I will try giving Support a call Monday to see if they can do it over the phone.
