I've been trying to contact incase for the last couple of days. Any idea how long it normally takes them to answer warranty emails?
I've also tried calling them since that would make matters much more simple, but it says I can't call them from my area code... wtf? They do sell their products here in Canada so I can't imagine why they'd include a country from being able to call them.
Maybe some of you know what is up?
