Trying to do a restore on Win 11 machine with iTunes IOS 16

As the subject says Trying to do a restore on Win 11 machine with iTunes and IOS 16 on my iPhone 13 PRO. It tells me that the version of iTunes I am using has to be updated but there is no update?

How do I do a restore?

An iTunes update was released today, you'll need that version to do a restore.
