Trying to expand knowledge of Apple company...

So I'm trying to brush up on my apple knowledge a bit as there may be an Apple store opening in my area and I will be applying if so. There have been too big articles in the paper about it. If nothing comes of it, still want to learn more, anyway, I remember being very young and being on his apple computer that was with one of those box screens with a mic attached to the side.

Looking through wikipedia for now and there seems to be quite a few books, as well, any favorites that people have?
