I recently bought a new Macbook Pro to replace my old laptop & a tenant of mine is interested in buying it. I came here trying to figure out what a fair price would be for it:

Replaced the battery last year, along with maxing out the ram from 4 to 8gigs, & swapped out the original 500GB 7200-rpm hard drive with a fast 1TB SSD.
Mag-safe power cord that comes with the extension cable.
After maxing out the ram & putting in the SSD, it's now much faster:
Prior to upgrades (took about 4 minutes to restart, afterwards...25 seconds).
It's been a workhorse for me for 9 years, had no problems with it except for the old battery.
