Trying to find a way to synch from two macs

Im currently synching my 4s with my work MBP and am unable to synch my music on it from my MP because of the one computer synch limitation.

1. Is there a way to change it so it no longer expects to synch with the MBP and instead synchs with my MP?

2. If I copy 20gb of music from the MP to the MBP and then synch it to the 4S can I then delete it from my MBP or will that also delete it from the 4S?
