Trying to find another film

Sorry about another thread of ths same kind.

Again this was on Apple Trailers not to long ago.

It was a docufilm about a disabled guy who they didnt expect to live as long as he has who had made some animations.

I think he was trying to make a film with the main charector being a bird.
