In all honesty - I have no clue what this actual app does. BUT I know the icon appeared to be like a lime green color and on the icon it sort of looked like this

It made a shape like that sorta kinda... Been searching for it since yesterday. I'd actually ask the person who had it, BUT, I don't have contact with them. Thank you so much if you can help!

Could you draw it in Powerpoint or something and then do a Google image search maybe? Possibly adding the keywords "iphone app" as well.
