I've recently arrived for 6 months from Australia and brought my iPhone and iPad with me. Am now using a 3 SIM and want to download the 'Three App' but when I try on both iPhone and iPad, I get 'This request cannot be completed'. Is this because I opened my iTunes account in Australia? Is there any way round it? Would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

What store (region) are you trying to access?
If you have Australian account, I can access to AU store any where in the wold. In fact, it will force you to use the iTunes store according to your account's region once you logged in. Some apps in iTunes store may strict to specific region, makes it available for some country only.
Try to log in with your account first, maybe?
