Trying to get unsaved iPhone 4S video

HAving issues running iPhone backup extractor, Downloaded mono but this direction makes no sense...


Once Mono is installed, users should open a Terminal window and navigate to the directory with the unzipped backup extractor (cd ~/Desktop), then run mono iPhoneBackupExtractor.exe. This will run the extractor using Mono.


Tried Diskaid and I can find the video in disk aid but it won't open it or copy to my mac.
 
bump, tried disk aid and i can see the video in the camera roll under File System > Root > private > var > mobile > Media > DCIM > 101APPLE

but i can't open it
