Trying to go back to OS 9

Hi, I'm trying to go back to OS9 by installing it on a flower power (egg shaped) iMac that currently has OS X 10.3.9 on it. I installed OS 9 in place of OS X years ago but I can't find that information now. Can you help? Thanks and regards, Tom
