I am trying to install an update to my Apple Watch but it is asking for a 6-digit passcode. To unlock my Apple Watch it is a 4 digit passcode. I have no idea what my 6 digit passcode is or was because it never asked me.
So I did a "Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings" hoping that it would do a complete re-install and then ask me to set a 6 digit passcode. After about 20 minutes the Apple Watch did a complete reinstall (I set it up as a new watch not restore from backup) and tried to update the software and once again asks me for a 6 digit passcode. Any advice? Thank you
