ive downloaded pangu 1.3.2 to jailbreak iOS 9.1 but it keeps needing to download updates. When it directs to its website it only shows jailbreak update for 9.2-9.3.3

Any ideas how i can proceed?

Thanks. My issue is when I've downloaded pangu and connect my phone, the pangu app has update instead of start, doesn't give me an option to continue to jailbreak without downloading the update first

You downloaded it from the link I gave you above for the 9.1 version? The one that says "for iOS 9.0 - 9.1"
Why dont you just let it do the update?
Because it goes to the pangu site and updates to the latest semi jailbreak method

Retried. When I open the pangu app it shows the start button but that quickly changes to updates. When I press the update, it redirects to the pangu site and only gives the option to update to the 9.2-9.3.3 semi jail break

ok, Go to en.9.pangu.io and download Pangu 1.3.2. I guarantee you it wont ask to download updates in the first place like 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 did. I had the same problem as you did and when i started 1.3.2 ..it works like a charm. let me know.
