Trying to JB 5.0.1... Get Itunes error 21.. HELP!

Had 4.3.3 jailbroken. Just upgraded to 5.0.1. After the upgrade, I get:

"The iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occured (21)."

When I hit OK, I get "iTunes has detected an ipad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used in iTunes." Then it just goes in to a loop. Same thing over and over again.

It won't let me do anything. Ipad screen is on (backlight), nothing will come up nor will home or power button work.

Seems to hang up on "verifying iPad with Apple.." step in the process.

I've updated all software, open internet connection is verified, verified itunes account, no security software installed, no router issues..

Could this be because it was previously jailbroken?

Please help Need this fixed before tomorrow.

I think I figured it out.

Something had gs.apple.com in the host file. I commented it out, flushed DNS, and tried again. It's restoring as we speak.. Not out of the woods yet, but definitely functioning.
