Trying to make more space with Parallels

Can I change the amount of space on my mac alloted to Parallels? I'm always running outta space on my mac but use parallels every now and then. I think I set it up to share too much space for parallels during installation. Where can I change this?

Mmm, maybe you'll ask the apple-support or parallels one...
