Trying to reinstall Logic 9

Hello all,

So i got a new external HD and figured now i could reinstall logic with all the jam packs, where as before I hadn't.

So i googled instructions on how to full remove logic, via deleting prefs and reciept files, and i did that.

i completely wiped my computer of logic, but now every time i try to reinstall logic, right after it asks me to put in the Audio Content cd in, it gives me a failure with no notification of what the failure was.

any ideas on how to get this fixed up?
