Anyone else received this? Sprint is being impossible and not understanding what I am saying but I got online to the Apple Retail store to check stock availability and it said "you're account is locked, please contact the carrier." The only reason I could think they would do this is because I checked last night but who knows. I have never paid my bill late and I am eligible for an upgrade on october 1st, I just wanted to check the stock. Sprint has been transferring me to every department and no one gets it. They just keep saying, I see you are eligible for an upgrade October 1st. I just want to shout at them that yes I know that for goodness sakes but can you tell me why my account is locked!?!
