trying to rip a difficult flv, help

i need help.

I'm try to rip: http://www.kcrw.com/media-player/mediaPlayer2.html?type=video&id=mb090223niyaz

i saw advice in other posts, but all the essential items aren't coming up in the safari activity window, and i can't seem to find a site that will rip this, or atleast the proper way to input the url.

is there a program for an intel mac mini solo core running os 10.4.11 that i can download that will help me find the irl to the flv, or something? can anyone give me advice?
