General Trying to save jailbreak, VPN ruined IPad wifi speed

I use my home wifi and phone hotspot to connect my iPad to the internet.

I got the crazy idea to try a VPN for the first time.

It ruined my wifi speed. I have deleted the VPN and reset network settings.

It's still really slow.

Is there something I can do with iFile or SHH?

I know a restore will fix it, but I do not want to lose my jailbreak.

Let's put our heads together.

I just used ilex rat and it also removed Cydia icon. I was able to access Cydia safari, but what ever I install doesn't show on the springboard. I tried to run pangu again, but that times out. I used ifunbox to remove and reinstall Cydia but it didn't return Cydia to the spring board.

I can install stuff, but it won't show on spot light either.

All I want is for movie box to work. Only thing I need on my iPad.

I used semi restore on my ipad before with no issues.
Either way it sounds like you dont have many options so I'd give that a shot also and see if it fixes it.
When I ran semi restore my cydia icon was there. I havent tried Ilexrat yet.

Wish I had used semi restore.

I had to restore.
