I would like to restore my Mac Mini
to factory settings but it doesnt work, i have put the DVD (original for mac mini included in the box), pressing "C" while restarting it, but nothing happens. I also tryied to restart it from the DVD getting same results. The reason is because i created an account when starting it for the very first time like 1 or 2 years ago and dont remember what the password could be anymore
. As result of my own mess i have created another account for myself but the other account still active.
Could you please guys tell me what the problem could be when trying to restore to factory settings or how to delete the first account
