Hello, I hope someone can help me with this.
I've got two subnets 192.168.0.0 and 192.168.1.0, both masked as 255.255.255.0, and I've got a Windows XP Pro machine attached to both networks, with the IpEnableRouter registry entry set to on.
The 192.168.1 net is wired and the 192.168.0 is through wi-fi - and this one has my internet router on it. The local card addresses for this machine are 192.168.0.100 and 192.168.1.100.

the Mac is on the 192.168.1.0 network.
I've added the following gateway to the Mac's routing table:
route -n add -net 192.168.0.0 192.168.1.100 -netmask 255.255.255.0

But it only seems to ping as far as the 192.168.0.100 address, and dosn't see anthing else on the 192.168.0.0 network.

Am I doing something wrong with the MAC's setup, or is this more likely to be a problem with the windows machine?

Ps.
I ment to say this route does work from other windows machines, and the Mac works if I bridge the connection. So it doesn't seem to be a problem with the (windows based) routing as such, and the Mac is getting a connection (when bridged) so the Macs interface is working...

As I said, any ideas? Am I somehow setting the route wrong!?
