I own a iPhone 4 on Verizon. I currently have unlimited data. I can't upgrade until October and my contract ends like 2/13. Couple questions:

1. If I buy the iPhone 5 (4G device right?) at full retail price, will I then have unlimited 4G data or is this a problem because I have unlimited 3G?

2. After my contract ends on 2/13, will I still have unlimited data at month to month, or what happens??

Thanks guys.

As I understand it, you should be able to keep your unlimited data if you buy the next iPhone unlocked and place it on your plan. However, seeing as how you don't have unlimited 4G right now, I am not sure if Verizon will screw you over and make you choose a tiered plan because you are "upgrading to 4G".

So maybe I should have bought that Galaxy S phone at full retail price before 6/28, then I would have unlimited 4G. Bummer

Nothing to be not sure of. VZW will def. screw everyone over with this.
