I have the belief that Apple's Calculator app can do what I want it to do but I can't figure out how to do it. I have an iPad with iPadOS 26 with the Magic Keyboard. The problem is simple:

29.57 cc = 1 oz
15 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water
1 cc of water = 1 gram

Now I want to be able to enter either water or coffee and have it solve for the other side along with the conversions. For example if I put in 12 oz of water, it should calculate that that is the same as 354.8 cc as well as 354.8 grams and thus I would need 21.3 grams of coffee.

But I can't even get past the auto entry. If I type '29.57 cc =', it fills out with '5.999 tsp' and I can't even figure out how to enter 1 oz using just the keyboard.

I ended up going back to a spreadsheet but that seems lame. For one, I have to decide which way I want it to flow -- either enter the amount of coffee and get out the amount of water or enter the water and get out the coffee -- at the time I create the spreadsheet. It would be nice if it could flow both ways automatically. (I use Numbers as my spreadsheet and I also have an Apple Pencil if that would make any difference.)
