Trying to watch World Cup on ESPN3.com - Error message

Hi there. I was trying to access the World Cup on ESPN3.com today (via a college VPN). The VPN worked fine, but the flash video refused to load. I got this on two separate machines, in Safari Chrome and Firefox. 10.6 and 10.7. Anyone experienced something similar?
