Universal Tubex hacked?

Has anyone else gotten this msg in tubex app? It says to get tubie since tubex dev is locked out from Apple account.

I used tubex before a year ago and I deleted it I have no idea, as far as it works any app is fine for me

I have a Adguard Pro, this is not a ad. Perhaps a notices but not sure if the notice within app is from the Tubex dev or the hacker.

How is Tubex dev able to send a message in his app, when he his account is hacked?

Might be getting time to switch to alternatives apps e.g. ProTube or Vimate. This sounds really vague and weird.
