Tumblr Customization question

Hi,
I have a tumblr blog with a lot of posts, i am trying to figure out a way to customize it so the posts show up in one continuous frame so they can be viewed by scrolling rather then the default which is clicking to get to the next page.

Does anyone know if i can customize it to do this.
