MP 7,1 Tune GPU in boot camp on Mac Pro? W5700x

Is there a way to tune the x580 pro mpx and w5700x mpx while in boot camp in windows on a Mac Pro?
Generally the Radeon software lets you adjust the vram, clock speeds, etc

but for some reason I don’t see those options in the Radeon pro version of the software, and the regular version won’t install. Msi afterburner doesn’t seem to control them either

any idea?
