Tune Up for iTunes

I just bought Tune Up for itunes. It seemed to work well during the free trial, so I shelled out twenty bucks. Now that I have paid for it, the app freezes all the time, and I have to restart continuously. Anyone else try this program, and have some suggestions? Thanks
 
Sadly no help for you, but I share your pain. Even getting the damn thing to load is a challenge.
