TuneRanger out of business?

Hi,
four weeks ago I bought a license for TuneRanger OS X. When sending them a help mail, there was no reply. On no email addresse there's a reply within four weeks (they say within 48h). Trying to find out there phonenumber in Miami was not successful easer. The registered phone number is a privat one...

Since I am living in Germany is there anybody who could figure out if they are still in business?

I cannot install TuneRanger on one of my computers (same OS X as all the three others) and when syncing there is nothing but errors...

Have you tried e-mailing them again? It's totally possible yours just got lost in a full inbox.
