TuneUp for iTunes but for books?

If you've been collecting music since the Napster days of the mid 90's you know the value of a product like TuneUp for iTunes. It helps you tag your music with the Cover Art and the proper tags. I was wondering if anyone knows of such an application/plug-in/app that can do that sort of thing only for iBooks. I have a bunch of PDF, Magazines, etc. They aren't tagged for crap and makes it very cluttered.

Try calibre (google it). It's a little slow to pull down the cover art and metadata, and it kinda needs it's own library to exist separately to itunes, but it has all the functionality for managing ebooks that itunes lacks.
