it works pretty good. ive used the free version and it cleaned up a lot of my mislabeled music. i didnt have that many messed up songs but if you do then i suggest you buy it. overall a great app. just be sure to tell it not to start up with iTunes in your preferences (unless you want it to, but i only launch it when i need it)
