Turbosim in Helsinki and 3G does not work.

I have a month old U.S. 16g 3G iPhone 2.1 that I am using a Turbosim with so I can use it with my Finnish carrier. I have DNA as a service provider and according to what I have looked up here as well as a general internet search, these should be my data settings:

APN- internet
Username- blank (have also used "guest")
Password- blank (have also used "guest")

It never works.

Any ideas or has anyone else made this work.
