Turn iCloud off and keep data/saved games?

I'm trying to get rid of iCloud on my iPhone 5 but I keep getting warnings that I'll lose all my data.

Is there a way to turn iCloud off and go back to plugging my phone in to the computer to back up this data without losing or erasing it? I would hate to lose all my saved game data...

Thanks for any help.
