turn iPhone 4 into streaming webcam

I would like to turn my iPhone 4 into a streaming a web cam and while there are a few apps available, none of them get very good reviews.

I want to keep the streaming on my LAN, so I don't want ustream or quik or anything like that.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

what do you want to stream it to? As an experiment for a baby monitor i just used skype and made a video call between my iphone and computer and just left the call on.
