i can use Connectify http://www.connectify.me/windows.html
to turn laptop into wifi hotspot

and also mac os x can share internet but..
it possible share airport to airport ?

No guarantees here, but something to try. Go to preferences->network, click on the "+" to add a new network interface for airport. Then go back to sharing and share one connection to the other.

You will probably have to set the "hosting" connection to be a static IP.

If you mean can one MBP share over the airport and another use that connection, yes. I have a Sprint aircard that I use to share the connection from time to time. The problem is that the security option is weak. Only WEP. Kind of silly in today's security climate.
