Turn movie into Flash movie?

How do you do that?

I think it's fairly new, but the quality is excellent and there is no loading time. It is like a grey screen in the beginning.

How do I convert a quicktime movie into that format?

In Quicktime you can export a clip to Flash Video, Simply open the Video and choose File/Export

From the selection you can select Flash (.flv)
