turn off 'bluetooth handsfree' without Jailbreak?

I would like to use backbeat 903+ bluetooth headphone between iPhone4s and New iPad. But I heard that multipoint is not available with between two machines. Because New iPad have also 'bluetooth handsfree' function like iPhone.

So, I have a question. If any other way to turn off 'bluetooth handsfree' option in iPad? without jailbreak.

Jailbreak only available?
