Turn off mouse acceleration

I would like to turn off mouse acceleration for an EXTERNAL mouse only (i.e still keep acceleration on the trackpad if it's enabled already).

Is this possible?
 
The mouse and trackpad don't share the same controls, so setting mouse acceleration will not affect the trackpad, and vice-versa.
