Turn off phone on a schedule?

I may be a converter but other phones I've had.. won't say it.. (bb) had a nifty setting that auto turned itself off and then on again on whatever schedule I told it too. That helped battery a lot.
Iphone 5 ios 6.1.3 have anything like that? Do I need to jailbreak it gah..?

No it can't. How would you set something like that up? Once it powers completely off, how could it turn itself on? Perhaps in sleep mode, but not completely off, which it kind of what it does already.
