Turn off Powerlog

I originally turned on battery logging several years ago on an older iPhone, and have since restored from backup so the setting is still on.

Is there a way I can turn it off again? There is no profile to remove.

edit: Just to clarify, I would preferably do this without resetting the iPhone and set it up as a new
