Turn off reading layout in Word for Mac 2011

Does anyone know how I can turn off reading layout in Word for Mac 2011 (where the pages are viewed side by side instead of one at a time vertically). I don't care for it but cannot figure out how to turn it off. I opened a Word document that was emailed to me that the original author formatted in reading layout view, and it's now changed my view as well.

I did want to say that I do go into the Zoom feature and choose "Whole Page" which does temporarily correct it. However, the font is so small when I do that, and so I go in and increase the percentage value, and it immediately puts it back into reading layout.
