Turn you iPad to an iPhone

Yeah I'm actually waiting for the Jailbreak for the iPad 2 and this to be released. I used Nettalk on my Original iPad to make free calls but the reception is horrible. This sounded very clear and looked like it came factory installed. I know I should have a cellphone and not make calls from an iPad but cellular rates in canada are the most expensive in the world. If I can do it all from my already expensive Data plan so much the better! :)
