Hi:

I am using Handbreak to rip DVDs into AVI for my daughter- I trust her more using a Mac than a DVD player! (Side note- first time ever in an Apple Store or on a Mac, my daughter went right to the childrens area and was playing in 1 minute- she is 5!) Anyway, I have a lot of DVDs I ripped to AVI on my win machine. I would rather not re-rip. Is there an easy way to convert the existing avi into mp4? Or is that even advisab le- would it be better to just re-rip?

Thanks!

Dave

This is a great program.

Also, you may want to check out MoviePod for drag and drop simplicity or MPEG Streamclip for it's cost (free). MoviePod is extremely easy to use and is inexpensive as well.

These listed are those that I have used and I'm sure that there are many others (like exporting via Quicktime Pro).
