Turning iPhone into USB/Bluetooth gamepad

I was wondering if there was any app that would allow me to use my iPhone's touch-screen as a USB or Bluetooth gamepad to control an emulator on my MacBook Pro? Having such a program would allow me to play games when I don't have a USB gamepad at hand.
